Question Bug 40954 - Copy, instead of move, to shared folder

Fixed in 6.0.4.

Can someone confirm that this fixes unreported (as far as I can tell) issues related to shares? I'm experiencing two bugs. One is "permision denied" when trying to move/copy/whatever an item into a shared folder for the second time (say, the first one was deleted). The second one is an inability to move items between shared folders. e.g. can't move "task A" from "shared task list 1" to "shared task list 2"--when user permissions should allow this--user get's "mail.CANNOT_COPY". If not, I want to get these on bugzilla as soon as possible. Thanks!

If they're 'unreported' then they won't be addressed by any bug report.

That bug only fixes the problems described in the bug report and no others.

Wow... that's some sort of programmer's nirvana you've got there... ...program changes that only do what they're supposed to do and nothing more.

That wasn't quite the answer I was expecting. It seemed fairly logical to me that these issues /might/ have been caused by the same "copy instead of move" bug that plagues pre-6.0.4'ers. And, rather than open bugs for old software, I'd see if the issue has already been resolved. I'm not sure whether you're saying that this was an illegitimate question, or that you know that these issues are still present 6.0.4 and need to be reported...

Ok, let me ask a different question--never mind bugs or fixes or whathaveya. Could someone on 6.0.4 report whether or not you can move items from one shared folder to another shared folder?
