[SOLVED] Attachments from a certain user are not displayed

We have installed ZCS open source edition recently.everything seems fine but the attachments of emails from a certain user (not zimbra user) aren't displayed. however the attachments exist if the email is forwarded to the zimbra user, it will be viewable.
can any one help us please?

Some idea of your Zimbra version would be a good starting point. Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

Did you research this question in the forums to see if there's an answer there before you posted?

You've also posted this in Zimbra Desktop which is the wrong forum, I'll move it to the correct ZCS forum.

Yes I searched the forum. There was a thread but there wasn't any answer for it.

I changed Login using from Ajax to HTML for that certain zimbra user in Administartive console and everything is ok now.
