Default Sharing accounts and/or folders

Hi,

The company that I'm setting up Zimbra for, is used to being able to access eachother's accounts and move mail between them, using Thunderbird. The only thing I can find that Zimbra seems to have that matches this, is shared folders. But this has drawbacks:

- Searching doesn't work in shared folders (at least, not when you specify an in: directive. Can shared folders be searched automatically?)
- Conversations don't work between normal and shared folders.
- Sharing a huge tree imported from IMAP needs manually clicking 'accept' hundreds of times.
- New folders are not shared automatically.

Is there a better way of doing this?
