Problem with cert ssl

I have a problem with my outlook clients, i get an error when use SSL

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
DO you want to continue using this server ?"

I saw a few post about this....

But not works....

Still not works....

In zimbra "Manage Certificates" i installed a new certificate, the use: Free/Busy Information in Outlook - Zimbra :: Wiki
the file "cer" it was created but when i try install in windows its not the certificate that was create in zimbra.......

Some can help me eith this issue......comments? links? howto?
