A quick search of the forums would have found this: [SOLVED] Upgrade question [5.0.11 to 6.0.4] You should also read the Release Notes for the most recent version to see what's in there about upgrading.

That would depend which release of Zimbra you're currently using, read the post in the link I've given you for details on how to upgrade to the current release.

Yes, but that would also assume you've stopped mail flowing into the system before doing the upgrade so you don't lose any mail. Again, there are several threads in the forums that discuss restoring from a backup if you'd like to read them before doing the upgrade.

I have configured backup mx for relaying another domain if mail server is down. So may be there is no problem for losing any mail.

Currently I am using 5.0.14_GA_2850.FC7 and want to upgrade zcs-6.0.4_GA_2038.FC7..

As per that given link, this upgrade can be possible.

Right?
