Default IM Chat Logging

Hey,

Is there a central location for all the chat logs for security purposes? It would be nice if someone here is harassing someone else that we would have it logged somewhere and not just in either user's mail box.

Thanks.

We're using a Jabber account with iChat to chat with the Zimbra server.
What about video-chat. Do you want to log that as well?

Thanks for the info however I'm just looking for something simple. Was planning on using the integrated chat client in the Zimbra web interface and was hoping it would just log all chat conversation to a log file or a set of log files, guess not?

Maybe, you'd think that if they have a chat client there would be a log somewhere other then just a copy in the client's email box. Maybe an admin can step in here and answer this one.

Thanks.

This would be nice to know if logging can be enabled or not, as I would like to enable it but my data retention policies require all electronic communication (chat logs are treated as email) to be logged and backed up...
