Default [SOLVED] data is stale

After migration of Zimbra 6.0.3 to Ubuntu 8.04, there is "Data is stale" in Monitoring - Server Status. All services are shown as running fine, and they do, including logger.
I tried to follow Bug 23057 – Admin>ServerStatus: "Data is Stale" never goes away even after refresh but there is no "logmysql" command.
Also, one of the advices to run:
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogprocess
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmgengraphs
does not help, and zmgengraphs does not exist.
Any help?
I posted here in order not to open another post for the same issue.

I'll move this to a new thread as it's in the wrong forum and does not bear any relationship (you're on a different version of Zimbra) to the thread to which it was attached.

Have you searched the forums for some information on this problem? What about trying the Troubleshooting tips on this page: Logger (ZCS 6.0.x and later) - Zimbra :: Wiki

This occurred a few times, but it's fine at the moment. So it is hard to track down. I won't be examining it further now, because there are some more serious problems with high CPU on Ubuntu.

I notices this was an old thread. Due to the problems, we had to move to Centos, and the problem was resolved in that way.
