External Account Autosave Password

Hi Sir/Mam,

I use Zimbra Open Source 5.18 Version. I integrate external email on selected user on their account preferences.

My problem are sometimes the user complains to me because there are some error on their zimbra web mail. When I notice the zimbra external account need to re-enter the password to enable sync it again.

My question are if is possible to save password permanent on external account.

r u use pop external account or imap?

can u imap that test account successful?

Hi Sir,

I use pop external account. The external mail server supports only pop access.
