Default Master - Many Replicas Questions

Hi

I try to include some Zimbra servers in a firm network. The firm has one main destination and a few outposts. The outposts are connected to the main destination with vpn over the Internet.

My goal is now to setup a main Zimbra server in the main destination and replica servers at the outposts.

Now i have three questions.
1: If the main server dies or the vpn connection breaks, will it be stil possible to login over ldap only with the replica server?

2: Is it possible that E-Mails are only stored on that replica server where the user works?
User 1 works at outpost 1
User 2 works at outpost 2
All mails for User 1 are stored at the main server + the replica server for destination 1
All mails for User 2 are stored at the main server + the replica server for destination 2

3: And now the tricky thing. If User 1 goes to destination 2 and use the replica server there, all E-Mails for User 1 should be synced from the main server to destination 2 (automatically).
Is this possible?
