Zimbra Certmanager Broken-Unable to Install new SSL Certs

I am getting the fallowing error from the zimbra Certtifficate manager and i am unable to install new Certificates or generate CSR files that the server will remeber :

Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.amcmedical.com->zimbra@mail.amcmedical.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetCSRRequest Details:soap:Receiver

I am running Mac OSX 10.4 and what i belive is zimbra 5.10. I have been trying to use the terminal Comands that i found in the fallow artical but my knowledge of terminal commands is very limited and some of the commands dont seam to work. here is the artical: Mail Queue Monitoring - Zimbra :: Wiki . But for some reasons a lot of the commands only seem to partially work and break my current install.I could be that i am not running the terminal comands properly.I have also try upgrading to zimbra 6.0.3 to see if this fixes the issues but it dosen't seem to help either.

If any one else has had this problem or is familiar with with Mac Osx terminal or can provide any help that would be great. Below is a screen shot of the pop up

I had problems using the web interface at one point and found better success using the CLI described on this wiki page.
