Actually, there's at least one folder that causes the error.
Maybe they are several but ZCS stops on the first one...

Check the link: do you have "not standard" folders (such as "outbox")?

About deleting folders from CLI, you can do it with zmmailbox command. Check the wiki for how to use it (list folders, get ID and delete them).
However, I don't know if it will fix your issue.

Klug,

There was more than two folders like this..I have deleted that folders (namingly "Error reports"; Outbox {df2519rr8rf654354}; Outbox {hdsr835743rt89t89}

I have also tried zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.com df /Outbox

But it is returning the same error:
ERROR: mail.IMMUTABLE_OBJECT (cannot modify immutable object: 363)

Where "363" is the ID of the particular folder "Outbox".

Kindly help me to remove that folder forcibly.

It seems you're stuck, even zmmailbox can not modify/delete the folders...

So it seems the only solution is export, delete the account, recreate the account and import.

Thanks klug......

But Export;delete;recreate;import is a huge task(difficult too), since, there are more than 50 user defined folders....

Exporting from zDesktop and importing to ZCS was a very bad idea at first...
