Default ERROR: service.AUTH_EXPIRED (auth credentials have expired)

Hi All,
I have executed the following commands :

# sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov ma user1@zimbraserver.solutions.com zimbraAccountStatus maintenance

# sudo -u zimbra /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m user1@zimbraserver.solutions.com postRestURL "//?fmt=tgz&resolve=replace" /tmp/user1.tgz

On executing the above command i received the following error.

ERROR :service.AUTH_EXPIRED(auth credentials have expired)

I am unable to find the reason for this error.

thanks

Question Accounts with status maintenance cannot be queried using zmmailbox

Hi,

I am experiencing the same problem with a Zimbra 6.0.2 FOSS edition.

Accounts with status maintenance cannot be queried using zmmailbox.
Code:
zmprov ma green@renault.com zimbraAccountStatus maintenance
zmmailbox -z -m green@renault.com gms
ERROR: service.AUTH_EXPIRED (auth credentials have expired)
zmmailbox -z -m green@renault.com getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > green_renault.com.tgz;
ERROR: service.AUTH_EXPIRED (auth credentials have expired)
But works fine when the status is active.
Code:
zmprov ma green@renault.com zimbraAccountStatus active
zmmailbox -z -m green@renault.com gms
zmmailbox -z -m green@renault.com getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > green_renault.com.tgz;
Any solutions very much welcomed.

I've moved these post to a new thread as they don't seem to relate to the other posts in the original thread.

To my mind, it wouldn't make sense to allow access to an account in maintenance mode especially if there's a backup running on NE. The only question (as per that bug) is the type of error message shown to the user.

Hi,

I also bumped into this, but I did not understand the answer...
Which way is the best way to backup an account, in active mode (which works) or in maintenance mode (which fails right now)...?

Thx,
JD
