pst wizard core dump

Dear All,

Running PST Import Wizard for ZCS 5.0.20 (PE), and encounter a core dump error, checking log file and found this section:

Could somone see similiar error before and know what's going on here?

by the way, we're running it on a Vista + SP2 machine, and PST file is about 2.7GB size.
