Question Attachement not decoded

Hi,

I have a problem with a mailbox that's have 20000 emails. A pdf file attachement from inbox is still encoded. If i try to uudeview the specified file it will open it,but this is not a solution so that every time an attached pdf it cannot be seen i should decode it manually. Also I saw that the message is decoded after few hours when is received.
Very weird isn't it?
What can be done?
i use ZCS Open Source v.6.0.2

Thanks!

What do you mean by this? Zimbra doesn't "decode" anything unless you are on NE, where it tries to convert some document types to HTML.

From what it sounds like the message was sent improperly from the source.

Sis about a pdf file that is looks like this:

begin 644 encoder.buf
M)5!$1BTQ+C0*,2 P(&]B:@H\/ HO0W)E871O<B H3W)A8VQE.6E!4R!297!O

M,5!);EUG0$XK)S))33QA)#-+/B=H8F!>,&534"M'0G!*834M(V X=5Q64#=4

After 12 hours approximately the message is decoded and can be seen.
So the message is in my Zimbra store in this moment, is not "the sender property".

What do you think?

Thanks

Hello,

I still have that problem with PDF attachment encoded in a user mailbox.
The good thing is that after ~1 day the attachment is automatically decoded. If you try to decode manually the attached file using uudeview, the attachment is OK, not damaged, the only thing is that the user cannot see it when needs it.

Please help me!
Thanks
