sending to only paticular lists

Hello All

We have 10 lists created and these lists will be used by the respective department.
1. can we restrict the departments to be able to send to only their lists?
2. or can we mask the list name?

You can choose whether or not the list shows in the GAL in the options for the list in the Admin UI.
