Default Missing useful File Management Tools

Currently, users have to upload files one by one. Likewise, they can only download files one by one.

The briefcase and documents will be much more useful if there are some form of file management tools, especially in multiple files or folder selection for uploading and downloading.

The usual answer, search bugzilla for any filed RFEs and vote on them or file one if there isn't any. Bugzilla would always be the place to start with this type of question.
