Default Advice setting up Zimbra

Hi Guys,

Could some one give me some advice on setting up our office zimbra server?

We have a hosted domain and we use the server to host our Website and access our email but now we have recently installed zimbra on our office server and we want to use it to deal with all our email. We have four employees who would need to send and receive email and still retain ourdomain.com in their email.

What would be the best way to do this?

Thanks

If I'm reading you right, you'd just need to change the MX record for your domain. Right now, when someone sends an email to your addresses, the servers look for the domain MX record, which gives the IP address of the server responsible for that email, that IP address will currently be the hosted server. Change that to your new zimbra server and configure it to deal with those messages and it should all work.
