Global contact list

hi everyone,

I have a cvs whit 725 contacts, with the format i found here:
Import and Export of Contacts - Zimbra :: Wiki

when you share this contact list with more users,
Zimbra crashes, and does not allow searching of contacts, in the web client

is there a way to have a global list of contacts?
