Default Quota per domain

It's easy to set quotas for users, but is there a way to do it for a domain?

Thanks!

Jen

We do not have domain quota today. You can vote for it here:

I have voted for this as it is a critcal requirement to help us manage disk space and also SELL space. I don't see anything in the product portal that talks about this for 5.0.

Is this being worked on as an enhancment?

Of course it's being worked on. The important information about which release it will be in is the 'Target Milestone', in this case it's around the end of year.

is this something that is usable in anyway at this time? I'd like to play with it some even if it's an early beta or something. I have a server at home I can run it on with about 5 accounts and while I don't have a use for it with the server i admin full time, I can think of a few people that could use something like this. I certainly wouldn't mind testing it on my not so critical home server (I have about 6domains)

Default Cos

Have you considered using classes of service? COS example.com gets 1GB, COS example.net gets 500MB, etc.

COS only addresses by account and not by domain. We really need by domain control as our contracts are by domain and we would like to see additional space by domain.

Default Domain quota

Hi all,

I never checked if zimbra has a domain quota feature. Today my task is to configure the evaluation version of Zimbra NE on our productive server and give the "OK" to order licenses.
Now I have a problem: zimbra does not support domain quota. Yes that is my bad I assumed and did not check.

Any idea when this will be available in zimbra?

Kind Regards
Andre

It's detailed in the bug report and my reply above, vote on the bug if it's important to you.

Is there a target milestone for this feature? We really need this.
