2-How do I make it the default database

It's not advised to make any changes to the MySQL database, you may lose your data and if you do make changes they're not guaranteed to be maintained during any upgrade.

The idea is good but doesn't work because my server's port is not open and not listening to the zimbra's database.

How can I fix this?

Default Update!

Ok. So now I have the port open. Just tell me how do I give access to remote users because I still get the error:
"Access denied for user 'zimbra'@'192.168.1.121' (using password: YES)"
that means that the localhost is the only one with access permission.

thanks
