Default Storage and Archive Issues

By default, Zimbra is installed in boot disk. When boot disk capacity is full, what can we do? Is it possible to add another harddisk and migrate zimbra to D drive instead?

Outlook allows archiving of old email into separate pst file that is still accessible by end users. Does Zimbra allow similar feature?

How do we remove disk warning that keep email to us every minute?

By default Zimbra is installed in the /opt directory, you should have planned to locate that on a suitable HD that had the capacity and RAID level.

Yes, HSM - it's in the Admin Guide.

Search the forums fo details on how to do this and move your /opt directory to another drive.

Hi Bill, I did search the forum before I post. I followed the instruction at the forum at:

Changing the default Disk Warning Thresholds

and set [zmlocalconfig -e zimbra_disk_threshold = 90]. However it still keep sending email alert every 10 minutes!

So I can simply move /opt/zimbra to D:/opt/zimbra?

btw, does HSM comes with standard Network Edition or must we purchase Zimbra Archiving and Discovery module to have it?

How do I access this feature? When I try to deploy HSM Admin UI, it asked for the zip file.

Sorry, I notice I have another problem instead. When I access the admin console from my office, the HSM tab is not there at all. However, when I RDP to a PC in our data centre (where Zimbra is located) and access the admin console locally, the HSM tab and license tab appear.

Also, whenever we access the account menu in Admin Console, there is a long wait. If this wait is too long, there will be a BAD_JSON_RESPONSE error message appearing. This won't happen when I RDP to a PC to access Admin Console locally to our Zimbra Server.
