Default No more stats graphs nor message found in daily report...

Hello,

Last week, in order to change the UPS for our server, I stop it and restart it propely. Now, I have a little pb with Zimbra.

Before restarting the server, all stats and daily report worked fine. From this date, The Stats graphs stay empty, and I get the daily Report with a "No messages found"...

After a search on internet, I found 2 thinks:
- try to recover the raw_logs table
- delete logger/db & zmloggerinit

I try the 2 ones but always the same issue after all

Can anybody help me to get it work again ?

My config: Centos 5.3 64 updated all week, Zimbra Network ed. 5.0.18 with samba 3.0.33 updated.

A zmcontrol status give to me :
antispam Running
antivirus Running
convertd Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

I tryed to found any error in logs but nothing

Thanks, Fabrice

Try the Troubleshooting tips here: Logger (ZCS 5.0.x and earlier) - Zimbra :: Wiki - you should also search the forums as there's several threads on this topic.

Hi,

I have ever search threads on this topic in this forum but I don't find anything to correct my pb.

I have ever read this tips, and all is fine for my server. All test are good :
- no mysql error log (/opt/zimbra/logger/db/data/MyComputer.err)
- logmysql.server is running
- zmlogswatchctl is running
- logger database is accessible and there are not multiple logswatch scripts running
- There is MTA activity
- There is ZCS system information

Now, Idon't realy know what to do

It seems that logger service is load in memory and working, but it doesn't do its job.

After search with different forum,

Here is what I found suspect:
in /opt/zimbra/logger/db/work, 2 files have a date of 11th december 2009 even if the server's date is 17th November 2009 !!!
zmlogprocess.state
zmlogprocess.optimize.state

during reboot after changing the UPS, I need to change date in bios but I could have make a mistake

I tried to stop logger and stats, remove this files and start them again, but date of this files come back to the 11th december 2009... unmess all other file created are at the right date.

Any idea ?

Default [SOLVED] No more stats graphs nor message found in daily report...

Hi,

Stats worked again on my zimbra server

It seems that when rebooting the server whith UPS changed, I changed the date in bios and gaved it a wrong one (11th december 2009 which was not the good one).

like the end of this post:
[SOLVED] Server statistics does not working

the db tables contained a lot of crap. I cleaned the table and also emptied the files

/opt/zimbra/logger/db/work/zmgengraphs.state
/opt/zimbra/logger/db/work/zmlogprocess.state

and removed all .rrd files in

/opt/zimbra/logger/db/work/

and things seem to be running now

Thanks for your help.
