Sorry I cant find anywhere the answer for this question

How to restrict maximum dist. list a domain admin can create?

I don't think we've implemented a max per domain for the number of distribution lists or maximum entries each can contain. Your welcome to file an RFE in bugzilla and post a link back here so others can find it and vote.
