Strikeout Broken in 6.0.2 HTML

We are a Var/HSP and many of our users have brought the followin to our administrators:

You used to be able to block text and hit Ctrl-S for Strikeout (horizontal line through text) in 5.x

In 6.0.2 -- this now does a draft Save.

Our folks used this feature and are now very distraught with Zimbra. Is there a way to map characters to create Strikeout in 6.0.2 and why would this have been changed and not documented?

I am looking for ideas.
