Undeliverable Mail MTA Blocked

I did an upgrade yesterday to FOSS 6.02 and ran into a problem with just one user. Anytime someone send an email to this user, they receive a bounce back. Below is the error message:

Does the output of:

zmprov ga user@domain.com | grep zimbraMailTransport

match with the output when ran on users that don't give this error?
