Where I can see Account info ?

I use internal GAL and it's work fine.
All my accounts has filled fields:
in General information
...
- Description
- Notes

in Contact information
- Phone
- Company
- Address
- City
- State
etc.

But I dont see this information in GAL, only "Phone" and "Description"
Where users can see this information about another users ?
Can I add custom field like "Job Title" ?

I think they're helpless fields. When created account, I didn't fill these fields

The information you entered is stored in LDAP.... but the GAL only uses email and display name to search by.

How are you browsing the GAL? A galsync account?

Stored - good.
Usees to search - fine.
But why this information dont displayed to customers ?!
So for whom and why it stored ?!

What You mean "browsing" ?
As I know Zimbra use address book of galsync account to store GAL.
I dont know any other way to configure internal GAL so I create galsync account and configure GAL with it.

We are browsing GAL using sync account (gal@domain.com _contacts) and only get the e-mail address displayed in the list.

How can I get Lastname, FirstName displayed instead?
