Default logger stopping every night

I seem to be having an issue with my logger on Zimbra. Ever morning I check on Zimbra it shows that zmlogswatchctl is not running. I then start it manually and it works fine, until the next day when it is stopped again. I checked the zimbra logs and it looks like my log file is set to archive every night at 3:15am. The archive happens, but a new log file is not created until I manually start up the logger.

I have run these command per the Wiki with what was returned.
cat /opt/zimbra/log/logswatch.pid
7987
ps aux | grep logswatch
zimbra 7984 0.0 0.0 79104 5088 ?? S 10:11AM 0:00.09 /usr/bin/perl /opt/zimbra/libexec/logswatch --config-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/logswatchrc --use-cpan-file-tail --pid-file=/opt/zimbra/log/logswatch.pid --script-dir=/tmp -t /var/log/zimbra.log
zimbra 45130 0.0 0.0 75452 372 s000 R+ 11:17AM 0:00.00 grep logswatch

Any ideas how I can get the logger to start up automatically after archive again?
