I am having this error when trying to send an email:

Nov 9 22:45:17 rocky postfix/smtp[8210]: 960A7F8739: to=<xxxxxx@hotmail.com>, relay=mail-vtr.cgp.vtr.net[200.83.2.210]:25, delay=18, delays=0.08/0.04/16/2.4, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host mail-vtr.cgp.vtr.net[200.83.2.210] said: 571 xxxxxxx@hotmail.com prohibited. We do not relay (in reply to RCPT TO command))

I am using my ISP as relay outgoing server. Where is the error ? Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks.

You should be able to just go to Admin Console -> Servers -> server.domain.com -> MTA tab and remove the value in "Relay MTA for external delivery"
