zmdailyreport is hanging?

Dear all,

in one of our Zimbra 5.0.13 FOSS edition, we found "zmdailyreport" is not finished for more than 9 hours. (See below, and it's still there.)

any advice how could we find the cause for this situation?

by the way, is it safe to "kill -9 $pid_of_zmdailyreport" ?

Try running manually :-

/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m

run "zmdailyreport -debug" and was hanging when "Tracing msg: <$id>" something like that.

several days passing, and i found it's not always hanging , but maybe 1 or 2 days in a week. still no clue for this issue.
