Default TLS problem after upgrade to 6.0.2

Hello.

I've got problem with TLS: after upgrade from 5.0.19 to 6.0.2 TLS doesnt work:

STARTTLS
502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented

Seems to be ok. SSL - works, no certificate related messeges in logs. Sertificates redone: sudo zmcertmgr createca -new
sudo zmcertmgr deployca
sudo zmcertmgr deploycrt self
