Backup Restoration from rsync method

I have taken backup using "A Simple Shell Script Method with rsync over ssh ".
It shows backup has been taken under /backup/Backup-zimbra/backup.
Now I want to restore my backup so that users mails are in posision.
(Zimbra open source ver ZCS 6.0.1)

Carefully read the wiki article, it has full details on how to restore your mail - you should be aware that if you restore to your current server it will overwrite all your current mail.
