Default multiple mail limits?

Using the most recent version of Zimbra, is it possible to have different mail limits depending on what network the mail comes from,

for example suppose I want all internal mail to have a limit of 5Mb but all external mail to have a limit of 2Mb. Is this possible?

john@company.com -> tom@company.com (via internal network - limit to 5Mb)
dave@another.com -> tom@company.com (via external network - limit to 2Mb)

What I am asking essentially is it possible to have different mail limits depending on the network the mail is using (i.e., 192.168.1.0/24 is big limit others is small)

Thank you.
