Default Autocomplete Failed

I have one user on my Zimbra 6 install, that when she starts typing someone name in the gal it pops up AutoComplete Failed. If you click on the "To:" button you can search the gal and still add them to the email. It is only this one person's account, I have tried it on a computer computers. every account but hers work fine. I cant seem to see why hers is bad. Where should I start looking?

We have also had this issue on a couple of mailboxes, only after upgrading from 5.0.18 to 6.0.2/6.0.3 (on Ubuntu 8.04).

Both users have relatively large mailboxes, not sure if this is related.

We fixed it here by changing the quota on the account, then changed it back. Not sure what it did, but it works.

This happens to me every time using Firefox 3.5.3 on Windows XP connecting to Zimbra OS 6.0.2 using HTTPS, even when using a test account with no email.

I have same issue, exactly as topic starter had: only one account (from more than 150) have "autocomplete failed" regardless of computer, OS, browser...

playing with quotas gave no results

Any suggestions please?

Same here,

All of our user accounts works fine except for a single user who failed on using autocomplete. I hope someone shed some light on this.

Have you tried upgrading to 6.0.6.1 to see if it fixes the problem?

I'm having the same issue. I do have 6.0.6.1 loaded.
The patch did fix the other users having and auto complete not finding all address.
