we are also experiencing the same problem. only one account with the autocomplete failure. already upgraded to 6.0.6.1 and did the quota change but didn't solve the issue.
You need to examine the 6.0.6.1 patch to resolve this problem. My vendor is testing it as we speak and so I can't tell you whether the patch actually resolves the problem or not.
We have ZCS 6.0.9 Ubuntu 8.04 and I get this on one user as well. This user has the biggest mailbox of all my users though (8GB). Just started a few days ago too. No idea what or why this is happening.
