Lightbulb How to take mail backup ???

    HI,,

I am using ZCS 5.0.5 & ZCS 6.0 open source version.

I have installed Zimbra on single 250 GB HDD without any RAID.Now i have worried about server crash and data loss,So to prevent all mail user data, their mail attachments,Zimbra Mail server configuration files & rest,I need to take backup on a safe place.

Kindly tell me how to take all above mentioned backups & also tell me is there any way to schedule backup (full, incremental, partial) with any graphical as well as command line utility.

Also can we create auto backup for zimbra mail server & i need a utility that after backup, the server will execute a mail subjected as a " Mail backup completed successfully" with full backup taken information.

You'll also find plenty of threads in the forums on how to backup the Open Source version of Zimbra if you search.
