Default Error opening file in the port files

Good morning, I added some files in the door more files when I try to open it from the sequinte screen with this message.

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://mail/home/efcunha@xxxx.xx.xx/...%20PEQUENA.odt
The following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for mail
The dnsserver returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
This means that:
The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.
Your cache administrator is webmaster.

The dnsserver returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

The line above is incorrect, it should be:

Code:
XXX.XXX.XX.99 lnxmail.tce.mt.gov.br lnxmail
Is this IP in your hosts file a public IP or LAN IP?

In your DNS records you have two MX records listed with the same priority, that's not a good idea - why are you doing that?

Code:
dig tce.mt.gov.br mx

This I had already understood more in zimbra version 5.0.18 it was working normally with the host lnxmail.tce.mt.gov.br

I have two environment-mail running here, zimbra is working with the transport.

I restore a server in the Zimbra 5.0.18 to see how the settings were before the updates

My main domain is the lnxmail.tce.mt.gov.br the mail.tce.mt.gov.br I'm using to connect to active directory and also arrive where the email@tce.mt.gov.br
