Posting a message without any detail or explanation isn't likely to get much of a response. Do have a look in the log files and see what errors there are or search the forums for any of the errors that you see.

Is this a single or multi server install ? You appear to have enabled memcached and proxy

Has returned version 5.0.16 has updated (sysstat) then has updated to 6.0.2 and all ok
