International symbols error after bulk import

Hi!

I need to fulfil import of a great number of accounts in Zimbra. I use Zimbra 6.0.1_GA_1816.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition. OS Ubuntu 8.04. Locale on Ubuntu - ru_ru.UTF-8

Screen names of new accounts should be in Russian.
After import are incorrectly displayed fields "displayname".

I tried to save a source file in various codepages (UTF-8,dos-866,windows-1251,koi8-r,ISO 8859-5 etc), but result have not achieved.

In what codepage the source file should be prepared?

Hi! I have the same problem with norwegian special characters. Are there any updates on this?
