Default External Account Error

One of our users is getting the following error on trying to access some IMAP-mapped external accounts.



Ideas / thoughts / fixes?

Are these all the same account or different accounts? Can these accounts be accessed via other methods (Thunderbird and the like)?

If they are separate accounts has the password been checked on the account that errored at 10:23?

These are all different accounts and all of them can be accessed via Outlook, Outlook Express, and Thunderbird. We have not had any issues setting up external accounts until we upgraded to 6.0.x
