How much load can Zimbra take at the same time?

Hello everyone!

We are at this moment trying to scale how big our infra must be to handle our user demand. We are expecting something like 5,000 users at the same time on peak. In total, we expect to have around 700,000 users, with 60,000 accesses per day. How many stores would we need to handle such demand? Any tips or suggested configurations or maybe real reports would be greatly appreciated.
