Export them as a .csv file then import them into Zimbra using this guide: Import and Export of Contacts - Zimbra :: Wiki

ok..but for the exporting in *.csv format is not a problem because Outlook Express made it itself.

my problem is importing the *.csv in the account of zimbra.
Anyone could give me the istruction for import the address book in Zimbra?

I've already given you details of what the import should look like, you need to go to the account preferences to import.

Create a contact in zimbra by filling fields of your interests. Export it in csv and see header names. Adapt your Outlook csv to reflect zimbra's headers and reimport in zimbra.
