Default Documents space - Moving notebooks

Is there a way to move or copy the contents of a mailbox's documents to another mailbox?

We have several shared notebooks created by a user that we need to move to another a more generic mailbox as this user is moving to another division.

Any way to export / import documents or issue a move?

Much appreciated.
-Cheers, Peter.

Why not use the Import/Export function in the User Preferences?

Hello phoenix,
Well, I was not sure that would work. It says 'account', 'contacts', and 'calendars'... If I use the account one, it will grab everything? If so, that might work... I would need to find a way to strip out everything but the documents from the export. Not easy, but I assume doable.

Much Appreciated.

Click on the 'Source' button to select the folder and then the Advanced checkbox to select the Data Types, you should be able to export the Notebooks you require.
