we have zimbra foss 5.0 and intend to switch over to the paid network edition soon....

question ::: is it possible to create a list of messages sent by users with the following detail:: date, time, subject, to , from..... ??

((we do not wish to store each mail message))

There is some data in the MySQL tables of date/time, to/from but I do not believe the subject is stored. You could write a SpamAssassin plug-in to do it which would store that data for you in whatever format you wanted.

What would be the point of doing this if you don't want to keep the email?

ours is a small co-op bank and right now we have a stipulation that hard copies of all correspondence has to be saved b y each branch... hence the big boss doesnt want any soft copies

can u help??

((im not very good with suse linux)) our OS will be SLES 10
