One account or lots of accounts ? If a small amount then just setup a external account in Zimbra Web Client -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Add External Account.

isp account info@xxx.yy

I want to substitute the mailserver on ISP with zimbra in local and to use the ISP's mailserver only for receive external mail and to transfer it on zimbra server.

You could always ask your ISP if they can do store and forward or even just act as a backup MX ?
