Contact hover not showing all contact details?

Hello,

I've noticed in Zimbra 6 when I hover my mouse over an email address the hover does not show the contact information from the address book(s). Is there a way to control this behaviour or is there a bug on this issue? It seems to be not making the connection between the email address and a contact with that address.

Check whether the com_zimbra_email zimlet is enabled as that is the zimlet that handles the functionality you are talking about.

It is deployed and enabled but doesn't seem to work on anything but the default Address Book.

How do I get this to look into other Address books including shared address books?

As a shared address book is not one of "your" address books, I doubt that it is searching it. You should probably file a RFE/bug in Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra requesting that shared address books be added to the zimlet.
