    Default Mobile Web Client Internal Server Error

    Hi all,

    after logging in with the Web Client set to "Mobile" I see an Internal Server error.

    Digging in /opt/zimbra/logs/mailbox.log I found the following Error Message

    Code:
    webclient - local exception com.zimbra.cs.taglib.bean.ZTagLibException: no such file: /opt/zimbra/jetty-6.1.15/work/zimbra/jsp/org/apache/jsp/tag/web/mobile/moDisplayMessage_tag.class ExceptionId:btpool0-5:1255455267998:71fb779f0446bd7d
    causing the internal Server Error.

    Purging the /opt/zimbra/jetty/work directory and restarting mailboxd did not help.

    Has anyone seen this error before?

    ... in the meantime I found a workaround for the problem: I copied the jetty/work directory from one of our other servers (same OS & ZCS version) to this machine, restarted mailboxd and everything is working fine again.

    But this does not solve the original problem. Does anyone know where to look or how to turn on debugging? It seems that mailboxd / java etc. doesn't compile all files during startup for some reason. There are no errors to be found in any logfiles so far and I have no clue what is causing this misbehaviour.
