Default How to : Test account that can not send mails

I want to make a class of service that allow to view zimbra webmail and another features, but that they cant send emails, to avoid spam.

Is this possible ?

If you wanted, would be to have a default username for these users (ie if you are demoing) so lets say you have a demo1@domain.com you can restrict just that user from sending out any mail rather than making a new class of service.

Is that something you would be after. Found this in the wiki.
