still the same in 7.0.1 zimbra 7.0.1 still has the same problem. Looks like its not considered as bug, but as natural behaviour cause - not my argument - even if using other accounts/identites you are sending "in behalf of the main-account"
This is very very annoying in many setups and messes up many email-related tools like list-servers, milter, spamdetection, whatever ....
Only solution I can think of by now is to install a seperate mailgateway that has a milter dealing with the return-path.
I know how to program milters under sendmail, but still hoping that this problem is solved by zimbra itself. And yes: it is a problem to many of us and fixing should be easy. One can make it optional in the settings. |
