    Default Issue in admin screens

    I get the following message in my admin screens when I click on certificates>servername


    Code:
    Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: zimbra.poky.com->zimbra@zimbra.poky.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetCertRequest Details:soap:Receiver
    And I get this error message when I click on mail queue's

    Code:
    Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: zimbra.poky.com->zimbra@zimbra.poky.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Details:soap:Receiver
    Any thoughts?

    Are you using a commercial or self-signed cert ?

    I thinks you must install ssh
    in ubuntu you can do this by type:
    sudo apt-get install ssh
    hope this help

    using a self signed certificate.

    Re-create and Install certificates.

    Looks like you might be hitting a problem with your SSH keys, try going through the steps mentioned in Mail Queue Monitoring - Zimbra :: Wiki
