What exactly are you trying to do? If it's connect Outlook via IMAP then have you followed the wizard in Outlook for setting up an IMAP connection?

Yes, it is setup an imap connection from the outlook "wizard". The problem is, i believe, knowing whether or not to set tls or ssl and does the smtp connection require auth? Things like that. This is a "default" zimbra setup.
